The four-winding transformer solution, where both 22 kV windings are galvanically isolated, enables feeding two electrically isolated consumer groups without separate equipment. This reduces substation equipment density and increases system flexibility.<\/p>\n<p>Installation of the large-scale transformer required a special foundation structure and reinforced lifting equipment. During the work, all four different winding connections were completed, including the integration of protection systems for two independent 22 kV switchable sections.
